A customer visits. The next morning they get one WhatsApp message from your own number, asking how it went.
The message is sent from the WhatsApp Business number you already use. Your customer sees your business, not ours. Athar never appears.
Sent between nine and eleven, the day after the visit. That is when people actually reply — and it keeps the ask out of your reception area.
A customer who comes to you every month hears from us a single time, not every visit.
Good morning Fatima — thank you for your visit yesterday.

Connect two accounts
Connect your WhatsApp Business and your Google Business to Athar. We do it with you, in one sitting.
Nothing
No app to open, no list to upload, no button for your staff to remember to press.
Also nothing
We send you a short summary showing the results. Read it whenever you like and enjoy the progress.
Every price is per month. Nothing renews itself automatically, and you can cancel from inside your account in one click.
No. Athar connects to the WhatsApp Business and Google Business accounts you already have. After setup there is nothing new for you or your staff to open each day.
No. Athar sends messages. It does not receive, store or display your conversations — we are not a chat tool, and there is no screen here for reading your messages.
We need a number for about a day — long enough to send one message. It is encrypted while we hold it and deleted seven days after the visit. We keep a scrambled fingerprint so we never message the same person twice, and that fingerprint cannot be turned back into a phone number.
Each customer gets one message, once, ever — not one per visit. Someone who comes to you monthly hears from us a single time.
Reviews go stale. Around a third of people only trust reviews written in the last two weeks, so a burst of reviews collected once stops counting for you within months. Collecting steadily is what holds the position.
Asking is allowed. Choosing who to ask is not. Google restricts filtering customers by how satisfied they seem, and restricts asking while they are still on your premises — which is why Athar sends the same message to everyone, after they leave.
Cancel from inside your account, any time, in one click. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee. Longer plans are a discount for paying ahead, not a commitment — they never renew themselves.
